Measurement Instructions: For inside mounting of the cell blind blackout for windows, a minimum 2" window frame depth is required. The width of the blackout shades should be 1/4" less than the window width, while the length should match the window length. For outside mounting, the cellular shades need to be 4 inches wider and longer than the window for better coverage.
